Welcome to Mzansi on a Plate. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Pre-Orders
All meals are freshly prepared. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct items, quantities, delivery details and contact information when ordering.

Same-Day Orders
Same-day delivery is subject to the applicable order cut-off times and availability. Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery period.

Delivery
Delivery is available to selected areas in Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai according to our delivery schedule. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Fees
A AED 25 delivery fee applies. Orders of AED 500 or more qualify for free delivery, where applicable.

Pickup
Pickup is available in Ajman. Pickup details will be provided after an order has been confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because our meals are prepared specifically for each order, cancellations may not be accepted once food preparation has started. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Food Allergies
Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.

Product Images
Food is freshly prepared, so presentation and portion appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.
